About the Role

As a Sales Executive at Master Technology Labs, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients. Your primary responsibility is cold outreach to small and medium businesses, identifying their digital pain points, and positioning our services as the solution. You will conduct thorough due diligence on prospects before engagement, build relationships through consultative selling, and manage the full sales cycle from initial call to signed proposal. We expect you to leverage AI tools for lead research, outreach automation, and CRM management to maximise your efficiency and pipeline volume.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, identify, and cold-call small and medium businesses to introduce Master Technology Labs' digital services
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on potential clients -- researching their industry, digital presence, competitors, and business needs
  • Qualify leads through discovery calls, assess project scope, and determine service-market fit
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools, tracking all interactions and follow-ups
  • Prepare and present tailored proposals and service packages that address each prospect's specific challenges
  • Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure smooth handoffs and accurate project scoping
  • Use AI-powered tools for lead generation, email personalisation, research automation, and outreach sequencing

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition (digital services preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex services in simple terms
  • Experience with cold calling, email outreach, and consultative selling methodologies
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or equivalent) and sales automation tools
  • Strong organisational skills with a methodical approach to pipeline management and follow-up cadences
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

Compensation & Structure

This is a part-time, remote, output-based position. Compensation is directly tied to the quality and impact of your deliverables -- there is no fixed hourly rate. High performers who consistently deliver exceptional work will see their earnings grow accordingly.
